Refund Policy

A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total package price is required upon signing the service agreement to secure your booking.

If services are canceled at least two weeks before the scheduled service, a refund may be issued minus the non-refundable deposit.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations after the 36-week mark due to reserved time and resources.

In the event that Birthing Well Waters cannot attend your birth due to unforeseen circumstances, a backup doula will be provided.

If no backup doula is available, a partial refund will be issued based on services rendered up to that point.
